A gorgeous production by Mentley F. Still who marketed himself as “California's Blind Poet” as he started to go blind at the age of two and lost his sight completely at 13. It's a longish poem about California, one stanza per page. Each of the 24 stanzas is surrounded by an illustration in green and there's a tipped-in halftone plate with two pictures of Still.
